Access Duration:
The access duration for digital content varies depending on the purchased package. For example, standard packages offer 4 months of access, while premium consultancy packages provide 12 months of access. These durations are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Technical Support:
If users encounter any issues accessing the services, our support team is available 7 days a week. All support requests can be submitted via the “Contact” page or email and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Conditions:
Due to the digital nature of the services provided by Alrawad Educational Consultancy, cancellations or refunds are generally not accepted after purchase. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances:
Technical Issues: If there is a serious technical problem preventing access to the content and it cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.
Accidental Purchase: If a package was purchased by mistake, a refund request can be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, the refund may be processed partially or in full.
